Kitchen Extension and Redesign – Allerton, Liverpool

Our client Katherine wanted a kitchen extension for her 1930’s mid terrace in the popular area of Rose Lane in Allerton, Liverpool. Katherine explained that the existing kitchen was too small for her needs and due to having a very long garden she felt that she wanted to use some of this space to extend and make the internal layout more functional. She could achieve this within permitted development rules without having to apply for planning permission.

We helped Katherine to resolve her kitchen layout issues at a half day Concept Design Workshop, where we designed a layout with an open plan kitchen/dining area. Katherine’s chosen option included a peninsula kitchen layout separating the kitchen form the seating area in the extension.

Thank you for a fantastic concept design workshop. Would recommend to anyone in the L18 area looking for advice for an extension. Pride Road gave us lots of ideas and was really helpful and professional. Great service!

Together we produced an aspirational kitchen design on an affordable budget.

Houses in this area typically have quite small kitchens, and my client aspired to have a large open plan kitchen diner. It was a pleasure to work up a design with the client that would really make a difference to her day to day living and together we produced an aspirational kitchen design on an affordable budget.
