Handdrawn – drawings produced by hand, with pen and paper, rather than a computer
Hard landscaping – making a peice of land look more attractive by using hard materials, such as stone or metals
Hard wood – wood from dicot trees which can be used for floors
Health and safety plan – a plan for a workplace that is designed in accordance with the law and outlines the staff’s responsibilities and roles during an emergency
Hipped roof – a roof where all sides slope downwards to the walls, usually with a fairly gentle slope, and has no gables or verticle sides
