M and e engineer – mechanical and electrical engineer. Often interchangeable with building services engineer
Main contractor – someone who has the responsibility of planning and coordinationg the work of labourers and specialists within a large project
Measured survey – an accurate record of property, structures or land, as a result of direct measurements on site, and are usually delivered in 2D or 3D digital formats
Mews – a row of houses that have been converted from stables or are built to look like former stables
