Tanking – the instillation of a membrane to waterproof a basement/cellar
Terrace – a row of houses, built in a similar style, that share the walls between them- they are attached to each other
Topographical survey – used to identify and map the contours of the ground and existing features on, or slightly above or bellow, the earth’s surface
TPO – Thermoplastic Polyolefin roof membranes that have superior resistance to UV rays, yet are lightweight and energy efficient
Trade – buying and selling goods and services. A job requiring manual skills and specific training
Treated softwood – usually pine wood that goes through a process to help protect it against rot, fungus and bugs
