Jenny Wren, moored at Tattenhall Marina, Chester. She has just undergone a complete renovation. Externally she has had the paint work taken back to metal and been professionally repainted, she has had a new bottom plate, the cratch floor raised, and 2 coats of epoxy. Internally the cabin floor has been completely replaced, new galley installed and she is currently being decorated.
She has a rare Boatsmans cabin to stern which is a fabulous space. A new cratch cover has been ordered and will be fitted in the next 2 weeks. Diesel central heating with a Boatman stove to the cabin. Electrics are sound and she has a great and robust BMC engine which will go for ever!
She was built in 1980 by Gilbert Bros, Coventry and is 46′ for Alan Barnett of Middlewich. She was then owned by a lady in Loughborough who kept her for about 15 years. We bought her in 2015 to refurbish.
