Neil & Hilary wanted to make better use of the storage space in their home. They wanted to turn this into more habitable rooms. The clients had struggled to find out what they are allowed to do. They also needed some help in locating the downstairs toilet and an office in their new garage extension/conversion.
I had proposed three options of various sizes. We mainly focused on different configurations of the downstairs WC and the hallway cabinets. We went from a maximum budgetary option to the minimum option. Neil & Hilary can now go and meet their builder to obtain an approximate price. (Magda)
