For this Victorian terraced home in Manchester – which used to be made up of bedsits – some clever design work was needed to make the most of the space. It allowed the family that lived there to grow.
Removing the chimney breast from the kitchen opened up the room. It maximised what was available and gave the appearance that it is much bigger. The subsequent loft conversion and remodel gave the property a whole new lease of life.
