Sandy Hickey has recently joined the team at Pride Road as the head of the South Warwickshire office. As a new franchisee, she underwent a 10-day comprehensive training program to help her build a successful architecture practice.
The training covered various important aspects of running an architectural business, from building confidence and creating the right impression, to automating processes and managing clients’ budgets. During the program, Sandy received guidance from experts in various fields, including wardrobe styling, business coaching, and accountancy.
One of the highlights of the training was the hands-on architectural concept design workshops, where Sandy was able to apply what she learned and get a feel for what it’s like to run her own architectural practice. She also received guidance on networking and time management, as well as Xero training to help with the back office management of her business.
By the end of her training, Sandy was equipped with all the essential skills and knowledge she needed to succeed as a Pride Road franchisee. She’s now ready to provide top-notch architectural services to clients in South Warwickshire and make a positive impact on the community.
