On Day 3 of her training with Pride Road, Sandy Hickey had a meeting with Business Consultant Adam Davison to review her business plan and go-to-market action plan. Adam, an expert in business development, helped Sandy to identify areas for improvement in her plan and provided valuable insights and recommendations to help her achieve her goals and grow her architecture practice.
This session was critical to Sandy’s success as a franchisee, as it gave her the opportunity to receive feedback and guidance from a seasoned professional in the field. With Adam’s help, Sandy was able to refine her business plan and create a clear and actionable strategy for reaching her target market and growing her business.
As this series continues to follow Sandy’s training, she will have the opportunity to learn from other experts and gain the skills and knowledge she needs to succeed as a chartered architect and franchisee of Pride Road.
