‘Shuahra & I worked closely for about 3 years. First as a Part 2 Project Architect & then on her successful completion of Part 3, a Fully registered Architect. I think the best way to describe our working relationship – as one of Collaboration. Shuahra was the Architect & I as the Snr. Tech. I found her to be very focussed, conscientious & took the client comments very seriously. If the situation required was prepared to assert herself.
In writing this, I’m reminded of regular comments offered up the clients about how they enjoyed their interaction & sometimes they came via a 3rd party.
During my career I’ve not had many work related partnerships & those that I did have went well & this one certainly fits in to that category’.
