Businesses from all over Merseyside met Magdalena Haener last month. She held her first networking event at the Esteban restaurant on Lark Lane. Magda, our architect from Liverpool Pride Road, has just established another Pride Road branch in South Liverpool and is working on residential projects all across Liverpool and the Wirral.

Networking events are an opportunity for businesses to meet. Relaxed conversation is a good way to discover mutual areas of interest. Better connected businesses lead to better customer service and more referrals, a win-win situation.

Everyone enjoyed the Lark Lane event and the fabulous Mediterranean Tapas prepared by Esteban restaurant. Magda picked the Aigburth location and especially Lark Lane to bring energy to local businesses in South Liverpool. Find a short video summarizing the event below.

Some of the great people that came included Lawyers Kristina Stoddern from Maxwell Hodge in Liverpool, Caroline Grundy & Shirley English from Morecrofts, Linda Lavery from HR Dept in Southport, Barbara Fisher from Lec Light in Hoylake, Stuart Vendy from Cunnane Town Planning in Chorlton, Sibyl from Beatties Financial Advisors in Liverpool & Wigan, Mike Jones from Dual Home Inspectors in the Wirral, David Lampkin from Brand 9, Sean Williamson from JMP Consultants Ltd | Sustainable Transport Solutions in Liverpool, Rachael Dickson from IT Answers in Toxteth, Robert Thunder from from Living Wirral magazine and Alan Varley our technical associate from Pride Road in Woolton South Liverpool.

It was also good to meet the local businesses that came to say hello, like William Chambers from Enviro Solutions in Wavertree.

Thank you all for joining us and a special thank you to Esteban restaurant for the great Tapas! Some of our guests commented that it was the first time they had hot tasty food at a lunchtime networking event! In the video below, David Lampkin from Brand 9 introduces himself.

We are going to hold our next networking event in January. Let Magda know if you’d like to come.
