A Pride Road Concept Design Workshop is where your ideas begin to take shape. It is a hands on session in your home where we listen to what you need, measure the space and sketch layout options with you. By the end of the workshop you will have hand drawn plans that show what is possible and how your home could work for your family.

Which workshop suits your home

We will guide you to the right option for your property. Most homes, including four and five bedroom houses, can be explored fully within a half day or full day workshop.

Half Day Workshop from £400

Best for focused projects such as:

a single storey extension
internal changes on one floor
an attic conversion
smaller and medium sized homes where the layout is straightforward

A half day gives us time to measure the space and explore a clear set of options with you.

We listen carefully to your needs, discuss your budget and explain any permissions or regulations you may need to consider. By the end of the call you will understand your options and have a realistic sense of what your project might involve.

Full Day Workshop from £600

Ideal for:

two storey extensions
larger reconfigurations that link several rooms
homes where you want to explore a wider range of ideas
most four and five bedroom properties

A full day allows us to look at the whole house, test more variations and talk through the choices that matter most to you.

Larger or more complex homes

If your property is unusually large, heavily altered or has a layout that needs more detailed investigation, we may suggest a measured survey before the workshop. This is organised through a trusted third party company. Once the survey is complete, we return for the workshop session.

What happens during your workshop

During your workshop we:

carry out a basic measured survey if a full survey is not needed
talk through your needs, frustrations and ideas
sketch several hand drawn layout options with you
explore how the space could feel and flow
discuss feasibility, possible costs and next steps
help you feel clear and confident about the direction of your project

Seeing plans drawn in front of you makes it easier to understand what will work and what will not. You leave with a set of ideas that feel right for your home.
