Coordinates with everyone involved
We check that the principal contractor and subcontractors have supplied their compliance documents, including structural calculations, drainage checks, electrical certificates, gas safe documentation if needed and photos of key construction stages.
Signs off your project so building control can complete their inspection
We prepare and sign the Principal Designer Compliance Declaration. Building Control will not carry out the final inspection until all parties have completed their declarations, so this step is essential to getting your project certificate.
