Clients Dan and Anita live in a grand Victorian Villa in Didsbury, Manchester, which had been recently modernised by a developer from top to toe. They approached Pride Road Architects because the ground floor space was poorly configured and didn’t lend itself as a family house, coupled with the fact that the garden was much lower than the ground floor. The property lacked the much needed connection to the garden, essential when you’ve got young kids.
