1950s Detached Luxurious House Extension, Wilmslow

Bringing a Dated Detached Home into the 21st Century

At Pride Rd, we take great care to ensure the needs of our clients are kept at the forefront of our house design plans and recommendations. For this 1950s detached house in Wilmslow, Cheshire, that bespoke approach allowed us to double the size of the property and leave the client “delighted” with their new dream home.

By extending to the rear and into the attic, we created a luxury master bedroom complete with an en-suite and its own dressing room. While downstairs, an open plan kitchen diner with wood-burning stove was complemented with bi-fold doors that open up to a spacious garden and continue the feeling of space.

However, our client was particularly impressed with the professional and personal process behind the project, noting the way we worked closely with them to deliver house extension plans that would produce the right home for them. “Lisa is a true professional, She listens, gets to know you and your needs and applies her knowledge and experience to ensure every detail is addressed.”
