The Jones’ from Speke bought their detached property in Hale which was in much need of updating throughout, so they called in Pride Road Liverpool to help them to realise their vision for their dream home.
Downstairs, they wanted a modern and spacious, open plan kitchen living and dining area, separate from their existing living space, that would reflect their tastes. Upstairs they wanted a side extension to add an extra bedroom suite with an ensuite bathroom.
Pride Road Architects conducted a full day Concept Design Workshop with the Jones’ where several design options were drawn up until we arrived at the perfect solution for them.
One year later, after Pride Road taking them through the planning and building regulations stages successfully, our clients have now moved into their newly created dream home and are very happy with the finished results!

Dealing with Pride Road made everything really easy for us, I thought it would be really stressful but it actually wasn't. The architectural side of it and the planning process was simple for us. The workshop stage is vital because we wouldn't have had this layout if we hadn't done that, I would even advise people to spend more time at the design stage. You need to know what it's going to look like at the end, but at the beginning, it means you've got what you want in black and white from day one. The planning process went very smoothly Pride Road came out quickly and all the drawings were ready really quickly. I would recommend Pride Road, and cost-wise it was very reasonable.
