The Jones’ from Speke bought their detached property in Hale which was in much need of updating throughout, so they called in Pride Road Liverpool to help them to realise their vision for their dream home.

Downstairs, they wanted a modern and spacious, open plan kitchen living and dining area, separate from their existing living space, that would reflect their tastes. Upstairs they wanted a side extension to add an extra bedroom suite with an ensuite bathroom.

Pride Road Architects conducted a full day Concept Design Workshop with the Jones’ where several design options were drawn up until we arrived at the perfect solution for them.

One year later, after Pride Road taking them through the planning and building regulations stages successfully, our clients have now moved into their newly created dream home and are very happy with the finished results!

“To be honest I really enjoyed it, I was a bit reluctant at first thinking “why are we even doing this, we know how we want the house” but the ideas that were put forward, we ended up going with! Pride Road gave us a few different ideas that would have suited different budgets as well”.
