Pride Road client Mary wanted an extra bedroom in her house in order to facilitate her plans to become a foster Mother. Due to the construction of the attic being a truss roof and a low pitch, it wasn’t possible to convert her loft into a bedroom, so after discussing it with Pride Road she decided to go for a room above her existing garage.

During the workshop we looked at different options for the layout of the bedroom above the garage until Mary was happy with an option that she wanted to move forward with to the planning application stage.
