Leaves are falling all around us, quite unlike the architectural heights we keep hitting. The team at Pride Road have been hard at work on a range of assignments, testing our skills and resulting in home improvements our clients can take pride in.

This month has been an especially busy period – and we’d love to show you what our design gurus have been focusing on. Read on to find out why we’re the best in the North West…

An interview with Magda

We’re often asked how Pride grew into the blossoming franchise we know today. To lend some clarity, our South Manchester architect Magda participated in an interview with Debitoor – one of the finest accounting software providers in the UK.

Magda spoke about the earliest inclinations of her work, why good money management is crucial, and the things she likes most about her role. Spare a minute to read the full interview by clicking the link below.

Tackling a structure in Chorlton…

Magda has recently completed a great project with a lovely couple (Gary and Elizabeth) in Chorlton. They were looking to make their modest semi-detached home brighter, contemporary and more spacious, making the kitchen larger on a strict budget. After meeting them for a workshop session, Magda presented four options, steering the couple away from costly external developments. For a summary of her findings, watch the video below, or read our case study for the full story.

More inspiring projects…

As you might guess, there’s a lot going on week-to-week here at Pride Road, and we love sharing our case studies. To make browsing past projects easier, our founder, Lisa Raynes, has created a dedicated page for her favourite assignments in North Cheshire.

From open-plan kitchens to tough, two-storey extension plans, there’s much to explore for your own build concepts. Spend time in our archive to learn more about how we work, and the creativity we bring to projects of any scale.

Like always, we have to say ‘goodbye’ briefly as we return to our drawing boards. But rest assured, we’ll be back soon with more Pride-worthy updates as the year rolls on.
