On the final day of her training with Pride Road, Sandy Hickey sat down with Operations Manager Rachel Moses to go through the comprehensive Operations Manual. This manual is a key resource for Sandy, as it outlines the best practices for running her own architectural practice, and serves as a reference for any questions she may have as she grows her business.
After reviewing the manual, Sandy headed over to The Accountancy People, where she received Xero training from Jo Ellerby. Xero is a cloud-based accounting software that will streamline Sandy’s financial processes, and make it easier for her to manage her business finances.
